The second field of EDEL VENT’s activities is in air-filtration systems in various industrial applications. EDEL VENT closely cooperates with IDO EET, with which it shares capital.. EDEL VENT technicians use the full product line of IDO EET’s dust-elimination equipment, installed throughout Europe. These dust-elimination systems are mostly installed in the wood-working and paper industries, but also other industries. Our technicians work through the entire production chain according to our customer’s needs – from identifying technical specifications, to production design, documentation, production and installation.
Pictures are showing our latest reference in this area. The battery of three cyclone separators represents complex solution of press suction in timber industry including fully automated low pressure system for transport of the sawdust into containers. In this case, our engineers had available only drawings with building, where the press machines, suction and sawdust containers should be located. All other related activities in this project were upon our engineers.
Complex suction system of suction line for processing of scrap glass were designed and realized for our Austrian partner, who cooperated with us on several similar projects, and is a leader in the technologies for glass processing. It contains two independent suction systems, where each system operates with two separate air-suction circulators. This project was completed from initial proposal until final construction.
Other system was implemented in the metallurgical industry. This system is removing aluminum waste from line that is used for aluminum milling. In this case, our company also designed the system, we produced the system, installed the system and we set up the operation of it.
