EDEL VENT portfolio is based on radial fans. EDEL VENT provides its customers with above-standard services in the field of supply, installation, diagnostics and service of high-performance industrial fans being supported by the most modern fan designing software. The company elaborates a project starting by designing a fan to required parameters, continuing with preparation of in-depth design documentation, follow-up construction of equipment with very high quality standard, and finishing with installation and provision of services during and after the warranty period. The fans are designed exactly according to customer’s requirements. It is also usual to make completely atypical designs for particular situations to have the customer provided with equipment the mostly corresponding with its idea. When manufacturing the fans, components (motors, bearings, belt gears, couplings etc) of only renowned European manufacturers are used.
Fan utilisation fields:
The fans, in particular radial, are manufactured with various designs. In addition to air fans, we produce also ID-fans. We have background and references with equipping of machines often with 500 kW motors and with operating temperatures below 500 °C, and special designs are intended also for temperatures below 750 °C. Another separate field encompasses transport fans, where we have wide experience with extreme abrasion and special anti-abrasive treatment of impellers and cabinets with hardness below 64 HRC. These armoured impellers have been successfully installed in various industrial applications. We provide also fans for transport of wet corrosion-demanding air masses, where we apply various corrosion-resistant materials.
Fan accessories:
We provide complex and all the required fan accessories, such as insulations of cabinets, various levels of fan diagnostic devices, whether continuous measuring of vibrations, or bearing or motor temperatures are concerned. Flexible bearing is a matter of fact.
Fan noise:
In the area of noise, we provide complex services of machine supply, and equip the fan with required components. Normally, these accessories are noise insulations, noise silencers in fan suction or discharge, motor noise dampers, or the entire noise-protection cabins, which we have successfully installed also with 5x5x5 m dimensions.
Fan performance spectrum
Our fans can cover a very wide power spectrum as required by the customer, namely from 100 Pa to 17,500 Pa of pressure loss and from m3 500 per hour to m3 420,000 per hour, which relates to volume of transported air mass.

Materials

- NAXTRA – applications where temperature of fluid is higher than 150 °C
- Stainless steel (14301, 14541, 14571 etc.) – applications with corrosive environment
Common steel with linings of critical parts – for applications with extremely abrasive environment, we offer special linings with hardness 63 – 65 HRC to our customers. The linings are applied on critical parts of impellers and cabinets of our fans.
